- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup raisins (small)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin
- butternut squash
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. almond milk (or coconut milk, water will do in a pinch)
- 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 7.5 oz. farmer cheese (Dry Curd Cottage Cheese We use Friendship brand or you can use homemade SCD cream cheese)
- 6 Tbsp. butter (softened)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. honey
