This turned out terrible. I knew as soon as I slowly added the flour to the wet ingredients. It wasn’t mixing together but instead started clumping together into dough balls. I tried to fix it but couldn’t. I allowed it to rise for about twice the recommended time. When it was cooking initially, I was optimistic as it appeared to be rising well. I continue to spray some water over it to keep it from burning, before removing it when the internal temperature was 190F. The dough was soggy and heavy. The dough was not incorporated properly so it all just flopped on on itself; a real disappointment! I purchased some jam from a farmers market I was hoping to try with this bread but that obviously won’t happen. This was a difficult and frustrating process. I do not recommend this!!!
