- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (or more, – I used 1/2 cup in the batter, plus more on top)

This is great, but too wet to be served as bars. I made changes to make them more firm, I'm not a vegan. I changed the pb to 1 cup and added two eggs and 1/4 cup extra flour. Came out more like blondies that you can hold and they are still dairy free and relatively healthy.
