- 10 oz. baby portobello mushrooms (fresh)
- 2 cups leeks (roughly chopped, while and pale green parts only)
- 1 carrot (large, peeled and cut to medium dice)
- 2 celery stalks (cut to medium dice)
- 3 sprigs thyme (plus 1 teasoon freshly minced thyme leaves)
- 1 sprig tarragon (plus about 1 tablespoon freshly minced tarragon leaves)
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. madeira wine
- 4 tsp. arrowroot powder (mixed with an equal amount of water to make a slurry)

It was very bland. I needed to bless the soup with garlic, slap yo mama, sweet paprika, and onion powder seasonings. The broth added an amazing savory flavor to the soup.
