    Very unusual directions. Basic ingredients: began with salt, which I usually wait until later to add. Began yesterday. Left it at room temperature for 20 hours; wrapped in towel for 2 1/2 hours . Heated kettle; popped it in ungreased. So surprised that it is very good.
