My family loved this!! I tripled the garlic, nutmeg, and thyme, and swapped out olive oil for the margarine.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by this, moreso because I've never had turnip anything before! The flavor was a little flat for my liking, so I added some extra seasoning like some garlic salt and a bit of ranch seasoning. Otherwise, I enjoyed it and I could even make the kids eat it by showing them the "white carrots".
