- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted pasture, or organic cream {to brush on crust})
- 2 Tbsp. organic cane sugar ({to sprinkle on crust})
- 4 cups strawberries (organic, cut into large slices {about 1 1/2 pounds})
- 3 Tbsp. arrowroot starch (or organic corn starch)
- 1/4 cup organic cane sugar (or raw honey)
- 5 fresh basil leaves (large, chiffonade {cut into thin ribbons})
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed, {the juice of about half a lemon})
- 3 Tbsp. fresh mint (finely chopped)
- 1 lemon (organic)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (organic)
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey
