- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 cups white flour (organic)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder

- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted, I use Carrington Farms)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. coconut cream (I like Savoy)
- 2 Tbsp. beet juice (this was ¼ of a large beet, juiced with a juicer for me)
- chocolate chips (Enjoy Life, dairy free, gluten free, nut-free)
- turbinado sugar (sugar in the raw- for sprinkling)
