It turned out really well. I added about a half of onion and one carrot chopped when I added the garlic in. Everything thing else I followed and it was very flavorful. My husband really liked it.

Absolutely delicious! Lots of room to play around with the recipe to your liking I stayed true to what’s written with just more tortellini and red pepper flakes and it turned out great.

This soup is SO good!! I did make a couple of minor changes... used double the tortellini ( we REALLY love tortellini!!) and added a very large zucchini, diced.

This soup was so good I have made it several times since; once, for a large gathering, the recipe doubles easily. Everyone enjoyed it so much they asked for the recipe and have followed up with their own version of the dish. We make ours extra spicy by using hot sausage.

I love this recipe. I add onion to it and add a little extra chicken stock. It’s a family favorite
