Really good way to use leftover roast beef! Everyone liked it, even hubby who “doesn’t like meat pie”. Used the potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, and gravy made with the roast beef (in the crockpot originally). Added bit more water and gravy mix as cooked. Made as one large pie instead of 4 minis. Cooked for 20 minutes, but that was a bit too long and should’ve taken out sooner - need to watch more closely next time.

Lovely pie. I used left over roast beef from the night before. Made it in a large pie dish rather than individual serving sizes. Just cooked it a bit longer (about 35-40 mins)

I made this for may family and it was a hit. I used deli roast beef. It was very tender and tasty. Will do this one quite often.
