- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (chilled and cut into cubes)
- 1/3 cup ice water
- 5 apples (medium, I used several small apples from the tree and 2 granny smith apples)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1 Tbsp. honey (use a little more if the apples are very tart)
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter (cut into small pieces)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
