I'm giving this 3 stars. The taste is amazing, but while we were rolling out the cookie layer it was very hard to get the dough into a 9-inch circle, we had to go with a very thin 8 or 7 inch circle instead. It was a little frustrating how we had to freeze it overnight, I'm not very patient. Also, the instructions were a little hard to understand. Otherwise, the cake was wonderful! It very well resembles a honey covered graham-cracker. Thank you!

Amazing! We whipped the sour cream and sweetened condensed milk together and it thickened very nicely, making less mess than described. The cake got better the longer it stayed in the fridge. Five days later, the last slice was the most delicious!
