- 1 cup carrot (grated, about 3 medium-sized carrots)
- 1/2 cup almond milk

- 1/4 cup spiced rum (like Kraken)
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup raisins (feel free to soak these in rum overnight beforehand)

- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 3 Tbsp. apricot jam
- 4 Tbsp. coconut butter (or cream, not oil)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (more as needed)
