- 1 egg (slightly beaten)

- 8 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 cup chocolate (finely chopped, I used mini chips, but if you use regular sized ones make sure you chop them!)
- 3 Tbsp. butter (unsalted; melted and cooled)
