- 75 grams dried blueberries
- 75 grams dried cranberries
- 100 grams dried apricots (chopped)
- 200 mL water
- 30 grams plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. mace (ground)
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 55 grams breadcrumbs
- 85 grams suet (shredded, if you cannot get hold of suet, softened butter works well)
- 40 grams chocolate (70%, grated)
- 1 cooking apple (peeled and grated)
- 85 grams dark brown sugar (soft)
- 20 grams mixed peel (chopped)
- 55 grams blanched almonds (roughly chopped)
- 1 lemon (zested)
- 1 Orange (zested)
- 1 Tbsp. black treacle
- 3 Tbsp. calvados (or Somerset cider brandy)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 knob butter (for greasing)
- 6 mint
- 1 liter pudding (/heat proof bowl)
