- 2 bay leaves
- sliced green onions (for garnish, optional)

Delicious recipe & easy to follow! I didn’t have celery, but I added one chopped carrot, some frozen green beans, and some fresh parsley. Turned out really well & I loved the spice level! I went back for seconds… and then, thirds! Can’t wait to eat the leftovers tomorrow! 💯

Delicious! I used andouille sausage instead. Nice and semi spicy. Real comfort food with a side of cornbread.

I didn't have chorizo so I used plain turkey sausage and added a half tsp of cayenne. Turned out great!

Delicious! At first I was not sure about the chorizo because it has such a strong flavor, but it turned out great. I think next time I might add some shrimp to it. Thank you, I will definitely cook this again.
