- 2 1/2 lb. rotisserie chicken (skin and bones discarded, meat removed and chopped into bite-sized pieces.)
- 4 flour tortillas (10 inch)
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 4 slices tomato
- 2 romaine lettuce leaves (turn into pieces)
- 8 slices bacon (cooked until crispy and crumbled)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

This recipe was a hit with my 16 year old and his 3 friends! I didn't crumble the bacon - just left it whole. And I heated up the flour tortillas on the stove in a frying pan - just a little oil in the pan. Great!
