Turned out great. I only did half of one pepper because my family is not into a lot of heat. Black beans, had a can already. took someone else suggestion of enchilada sauce (half of can). Regular tostada chips, and sour cream..easy and fast.

Super quick and easy, and turned out great. I used black beans because that is what I had on hand, and used regular tortilla chips instead of Doritos. I also added a little bit of enchilada sauce to add more flavor. The dish was a hit.

Extremely easy and tasted great. We used black beans instead of kidney beans and popped the whole thing in the over once warm to get the cheese all melted and golden
