Careful you don't over-cook; 30 minutes per pound can be too much.
Simple, quick and yummy. (Is lamb ever not yummy?)

So good! We scored the lamb first, and let the herbs/lemon sit for about 30 minutes before sticking in the oven. Came out perfectly cooked: juicy and flavorful!

It was good but mine was a bit heavy on the garlic. I will use less next time. I have rosemary in the yard so I use it similarly on other meats like pork.

Meh at best but I think that if I had let the herbs sit on the meat and marinate for a few hours it would have been better. This was my first leg of lamb in 20 years. I will try it again.

Stunning flavour, lemon gave it a bit of zing, while the garlic and rosemary really infused through the lamb. Will make again!
