Just fine. I prefer other recipes with a few more vegetables for my white bean soup

This is by far my favorite soup ever! When I do a "big batch", I use (4) 15 oz cans of organic canelli beans and 3 bay leaves with a big branch of rosemary. As soon as the leaves come off of the rosemary branch, it's safe to take it out.
