My rosemary was leaf dense and when I put the scallop on it kind of tore the scallop in half. Was fixable though, just pulled the center to bottom of the leaves off and left the top on and put them back on. Tasted delicious.

Will make this again nice to cook these outdoors in this summer heat

I did a bit of a spin off. Rosemary, olive oil, pepper coating, them salt block roasted until done. = FABULOUS!

The scallops are incredibly delicious. I enjoyed the delicious flavor, but when I tryed to skewer the scallops, they immediately broke.
