My oven is broken but I used a smaller oven & it worked out well; I only had to extend the time intervals. The wedges turned out tasty & it was easy to make, despite it taking about an 1 hour to make 2 batches (due to using a small oven).

I’m not sure I did it right bc they just stuck to the pan. I’ll give it a second chance though.

Delish, I baked at 400° for 20 min. Then turned the wedges and baked another 20 min.

Good recipe. I would spray the pan though. The potatoes are coated in oil, but they still stuck to the pan when I was turning them.

Great, I will save and make it again. I used a large Idaho potato because that was what I had available.o

I used garlic powder instead of garlic cloves, added parsley along with rosemary because I was cooking steak. It turned out crispy but soft inside. Perfect side for tonight’s dinner.

The rosemary was just that something new that I needed. Great the next day if you pop them in a toaster oven.

My husband doesn’t like rosemary, so I would omit that and I used roasted garlic grape seed oil and it was yummy.😍👍

Absolutely delicious it was a great recipe!
I would definitely make this again I did modify the seasoning amount a bit but that was personally just me.

These were excellent and easy. I'm normally a fried-or-go-home person with sliced potatoes, but I'll be using this recipe again.
