Great focaccia! Perfect for a 9x13 dish. Really quite simple if you have a stand mixer

This was easy compared to other focaccia recipes I’ve tried but it was a little too sweet for my liking.

pretty good! i would say double the proofing time and should be perfect. i also added small chunks of garlic and red chili flakes and it was so delicious!

Was a huge hit with the family this evening! This is a pretty easy bread recipe for sure. It has a really nice chew to it with a super amount of crispness to the bread. It is so much better than our local grocery store bakery bread. This is really close to the Focaccia bread you will find at the chain deli Jason’s Deli, really popular place in our area. Will definitely be keeping this one in the rotation. Can’t wait to do a round of pizzas this weekend using this bread recipe.

Made this easy recipe-tasted great. No one complained but I guess I am used to something else being called Focaccia bread because only slightly resembled what I would call Focaccia-still, easy and good, just not what I would call Focaccia-

The texture of this was far closer to a biscuit than to focaccia. The flavor was right but next time I would probably try one of the recipes that calls for strong bread flour.

Made both as regular foccacia and also used as pizza crust in cast iron skillet. Delicious, although easy to over-do the olive oil. (Of course, that's what makes it delicious.)

Was a HUGE hit on Christmas Eve. I used Herbs de Provence instead of Rosemary. Used it as sandwhich bread and it was one of the best things I have tasted in my entire life!!!! It was so good that I felt like a professional baker!

Delicious and easy. Can start at 4 and still serve it with dinner. Great with a brothy soup.

Fairly easy recipe, which I followed up til the second proofing. I prepped the 9 x 13 pan w parchment and put dough into that and let it rise for 25 min. Then added rosemary and olive oil. Difficult to poir evenly so next time I will use a brush. Cooking time was longer- about 25-30 min

Wonderful recipe! I like to make this as the foundation for pizza since it’s so easy. After the second rise, I top with pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings, and then bake as instructed.

Update: just made this again. I brushed on lemon juice, olive oil, added rosemary and salt. Awesome.

Super easy! I don’t have a mixer so did it by hand but everything turned out great. Will definitely make this again!
