Followed the recipe exactly and found it absolutely delicious! Cut the rack into double chops and cooked in a heavy cast iron pan.? Put em back in to get temp right and wallah! Great meal with asperagus roasted in oil, garlic, S & P and finished with parmigiana. Great combo!

delicious will make it again, used single chops and after turning them over killed the heat to my cast iron pan and set it to the side for 5 minutes.

Easy & excellent. Using a cast iron skillet and you only need 2 to 2 1/2 minutes to turnout rare chops. Garlic is optional. Rosemary is a fake changer. Enjoy!

Delicious and tender. You really have to watch how thick your cuts are. Mine varied in thickness and thus varied in doneness. Will definitely make again!

Simple, delicious marinade. I barbecued the lamb for a few minutes on each side while grilling corn & asparagus and it all turned out great.
