delicious will make it again, used single chops and after turning them over killed the heat to my cast iron pan and set it to the side for 5 minutes.

Easy & excellent. Using a cast iron skillet and you only need 2 to 2 1/2 minutes to turnout rare chops. Garlic is optional. Rosemary is a fake changer. Enjoy!

Delicious and tender. You really have to watch how thick your cuts are. Mine varied in thickness and thus varied in doneness. Will definitely make again!

I prepared this dish exactly as the recipe stated & it was amazing. I’m a terrible cook and this was quick and delicious. This was the first time I’ve ever made lamb chops & I will only prepare them like this in the future. Thank you for such a great dinner

Simple, delicious marinade. I barbecued the lamb for a few minutes on each side while grilling corn & asparagus and it all turned out great.
