I decided to make this sauce using canned crushed tomatoes, substituting the fresh tomatoes with sauce. The recipe is suitable for both types and with the ingredients being so simple, I had to give this 5 stars!

great flavour. sour cream was an interesting choice i love the creamt texture. so easy too!
