  • 750 milliliters rose wine
  • 28 ounces club soda
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup orange liqueur (Cointreau OR Triple Sec)
  • ice (mold)
  • 1,500 milliliters sparkling wine (like Champagne)
  • orange slices (Frozen, as garnish, optional)

    Directions

    1. Combine first four ingredients and pour over ice mold in punch bowl. Add sparkling wine as guests arrive. Serve in wine glasses, floating orange slices in each to keep punch chilled.
    2. Makes about 30 1/2-cup servings.
