- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. white sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard (prepared, or regular)
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)

If you are someone who does not like blue cheese give this a try. I did not add the blue cheese to the salads but allowed diners to serve themselves

Delicious! This is a do-again recipe everyone at the arty raves about it (couldn’t find Roquefort and substituted Blue Cheese)
