Came out great. Browned skirt steak first, then cooked in crockpot with beef stock, garlic, thyme, and bay leaves. When done, shredded meat, reserved the liquid. Added all other ingredients in sauce pan as directed, then put sauce, reserved liquid and steak back in crockpot for another hour and added green olives. Came out perfect.

It was great. I had to use a modified recipe I found online that is for my Instant Pot but I used the ingredients from here. I only had ONE issue. The thyme is awful, I did it without thyme the second time and it was delicious. I also added Sazon

I love this. Was so simple and so tasty. I added more thyme and cooking wine than called for and added a little curry powder. All in all so satisfied with the recipe.
