Ingredients

- 25 grams Flora Buttery
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 450 grams vegetables
- 600 mL vegetable stock (Knorr, made with 1 reduced salt stock cube)
- 400 grams lentils (can, drained)
- 50 grams pearl barley
- 450ml (¾ pint) semi skimmed milk

Directions
- Heat the Flora Buttery in a large saucepan and fry the onion and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the mixed vegetables and pearl barley with the stock and milk and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add lentils and heat to a simmer. Add a little more stock if too thick.
- Serve with crusty bread spread with Flora pro.activ Light.
