- 1/4 red onion (sliced thin)
- 1/4 cup feta (tofu, or cheese of your liking, or no cheese at all)
- 1 handful pitted kalamata olives (cut in half)
- 2 Tbsp. nuts (pignoli, toasted)
- 1/2 lemon (juice from)
- 2 tsp. olive oil (plus more for brushing pizza dough)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 bell pepper (roasted)
- 2 garlic cloves (roughly chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. blanched almonds (toasted, cooled)
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- coarse sea salt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (or freshly ground pepper)
- 1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained)
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. fine grain sea salt
