Much better than I expected it to be. I had to cook the chicken or it would go bad, so I looked for a recipe using things I had in my pantry. I used canned mushrooms and it still turned out great! I added some herbs de province as others had suggested. It went well together. I'm making it again tonight with fresh mushrooms.
