    Not bad, I may have not measured the cheese properly because I grated my own. Or maybe not grate it quite so fine. Also we cut them very thin then rolled and the were like paper, so maybe not cutting so thin next time. Easy to make, any kind of herb may work. It's really kool to say you made your own crackers. We will try again. Maybe with Jalapeños.
