I doubled the recipe and it fed a family of 6 to satisfaction. Some alterations I made were; I used ground beef so I used beef bouillon. I didn't have tomato paste so I pureed a 14.5 oz. can of stewed tomatoes and added it to the broth. Also added 1 small bay leaf while the broth and meatballs were cookin, and a pinch of garlic powder. There were no leftovers. Yesssssss
