Lovely, but mainly due to parmigiano reggiano flavour. Used norma cauliflower, made sauce with Greek yoghurt and horseradish, and slaw with radish mix plus additional radish. Squuzed cauliflower in potato ricer. Burgers were very wet after thy came out of oven, needed time to cool down and harden a bit.
