- 1 cup potatoes (peeled, diced)
- 1 cup carrots (quartered and sliced)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups pot roast (reserved Robert Rothschild Farm, Starter sauce)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 3 cups pot roast (reserved diced)
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 pie (refrigerated)
