- 2 portabello mushrooms (cut into 1/2″ slices)
- 1 red onion (small, sliced)
- 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus (tough ends snapped off)
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (approximately)

- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 oz. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 lime
