- 1/3 cup promise buttery spread
- 2 Tbsp. loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- 6 cups vegetables (assorted sliced, onion, red or green bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash or eggplant)
- 8 oz. farfalle (penne or ziti pasta, cooked and drained)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Blend 1/4 cup Promise® Buttery Spread with herbs in small bowl; reserve. Toss vegetables with remaining Spread. Arrange vegetables in broiler pan without the rack. Roast, stirring once, 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Toss vegetables with hot pasta and reserved spread mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle, if desired, with grated Parmesan cheese.
