Not bad. I personally would have quick boiled the beans then gave them an ice water bath to preserve the bright color. Pretty tasty.

I made a little "change" on the receipt, I had bell peppers of different colors so I used them.. the taste is delicious! The mix of garlic and ginger root, make the difference!
