Delicious. Put the potatoes in the microwave, saved time. Only used honey in the potatoes, not on top. Very tasty. Used smoked paprika and chili powder instead of cinnamon, much better. Served with beef and peppers.

Delicious but couldn't get the potatoes back into the skins so just ate them out of a bowl. Really great flavor. More of a dessert to be honest.

This recipe was truly a revelation for me. I had never had roasted grapes before. Now I crave them constantly! I will make this again.
