My rating is for the recipe, not the final result.
The ingredients page and the directions page disagree. They are different recipes. Ingredients state two squash. The directions page says 1 squash. Other amounts disagree also. I'm sure the food tastes good, but you need to clean this up.

Good basic recipe. I would have liked a drizzle of honey or perhaps a little sauce with it to liven it up a bit.

So simple yet so delicious. I have never heard of this squash but will be having it again. I could have eaten it all by myself.
