- sea salt
- ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup tahini (well-stirred, sesame seed paste)
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- amber
- 2 tsp. agave nectar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic puree (ground, from a jar, or use fresh garlic and grind in mortar and pestle)
- 2 tsp. soy sauce (I used Tamari)
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter (I use natural low-sugar peanut butter for South Beach Diet)
