- 1 tsp. McCormick Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp. mccormick perfect pinch italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. McCormick Fennel Seed
- 1 green bell pepper (small, cut into chunks)
- 1 red onion (small, cut into thin wedges)
- 1 yellow squash (small, sliced)
- 1 zucchini (small, sliced)
- 1 cup asparagus (pieces)
- 1 cup red potato (chunks)
- 2 Tbsp. oil

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix seasonings in small bowl. Toss vegetables and oil in large bowl. Add seasonings; toss to coat well.
- Spread vegetables in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- Bake 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.

I took out a few things and compromised with what i had red onion, zucchini, red potatoes and asparagus. used everything else but i did it on top of the stove being at this moment i only have a two range stove in a extended stay. it turned out perfect. quick meal for me and my husband. It is the side dish that paired with my bourbon marinated salmon over jasmine rice
