- 1 broccoli (medium, crown, cut into small florets, reserve stem for another use)
- 1/2 red onion (medium, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks)

Very good - took one whole pan and one half pan. I used Penzey's minced garlic instead of mincing cloves because I was feeling lazy. ;-)

A perfect formula more than a specific recipe. Being a formula makes it vastly more useful, particularly to those dieting.
Also perfect are the calories. The low calories compared to how much this will fill you up make it a great utility pairing for lunches and dinners.
