I liked them. Cayenne and nutmeg is an interesting combination.
It worked.
My first time eating turnips and they're a hit.
I need to eat vegetables that don't have much Vitamin K and turnips are on the list.
So...YAY!
I used grated pecorino sheep cheese instead of parmigiana that is made from cows' milk.

I have an enormous amount of turnips from my CSA & have been looking for a delicious, simple recipe for them. This was perfect! I’ll be making it again & again, while happily eating turnips!

Delicious and healthy. Didn’t miss the potato taste. Could have cut thinner to make more crispy next time.
