- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- kosher salt (to taste)
- lemon slices (to taste)
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 jalapeños (or less)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- tostada flats (pre-packaged)
- 1 can refried black beans
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- shredded lettuce (to taste)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl combine lemon pepper, oregano, and chili powder.
- Drizzle each turkey tenderloin with one tablespoon of olive oil and then season generously with spice mixture and salt.
