These were really good, but they needed something for sweetness. I will add a little sugar next time.

Loved it! Only did one large tomato cut in to quarters. Didn’t measure ingredients just eyeballed. Used Asiago cheese.

Awesome. I added onions a touch of brown sugar to balance out the balsamic vinegar and it turned out great!
