- cheese (freshly grated parmessan, ...as much or as little as your family likes)

This was a fantastic and easy dish. Instead of following the long process for the tomatoes, I broiled them in the oven for fifteen minutes. I will be sure to add red pepper flakes to the recipe the next time I make it, to add to the flavor.
