Delicious and so simple. I can’t wait to make it in the Summer when we grow our own tomatoes! I didn’t add the basil or cream at the end. The rich flavor and creaminess of the tomatoes and onions were just great as they were.

It was fantastic! We made brioche grilled cheeses with different kinds of cheddar and yum!!
