This is a great combination of veggies. I added orange juice and agave nectar for sweetness.

Tasty. Took 30 minutes. I used less cumin than suggested for just a hint of earthiness. Enjoyable

The thyme is key to give this simple dish a unique flavor. Not much of a brussels sprouts fan but might consider doing this again but adding more sweet potatoes and cutting down on brussels sprouts.

Easy, yummy recipe. Watch the veggies carefully, I left mine in for the full 40 minutes and they came out a little over done, but no one seemed to mind. Still tasted great.
