Super yummy! We are stuck in the house with limited ingredients, this was great for minimal ingredients! Will make again, even when we have more access to fresh produce in the future!

Excellent recipe for yellow summer squash & zucchini. I used thyme & Italian herbs with the salt & pepper to season. I also doubled the garlic like suggested in the recipe. Baked 20 minutes then sprinkled on the Parmesan, then flipped on the broiler and lightly crisped the edges of the squash. The garlic really makes this dish so flavorful. Served with spaghetti.

Was great, used apple cider vinegar as a migraine issue makes balsamic problem.
